Rachel Li

Guiding you through a practice that is grounded yet thoughtful, balanced yet playful, soft yet strong.

Rachel is a passionate, purpose-driven yoga practitioner and instructor. What started more than 10 years ago as physical only would evolve into a holistic mind, body and soul practice.

Breathe, move and meditate

Students in her class can expect creative sequencing focused on alignment, integrated with breathwork, somatic movement, intentional music and a deep meditative state. She is forever humbled to be holding space for others through practice.
